It is necessary to collect personal information from our clients for the purpose of creating customized designs, processing orders and communicating with our customers. However, we will never share personal client information with any third party, except to the extent that is necessary, under any circumstances.



Safeguarding the privacy of our children is of particular importance to us. Therefore, we will never showcase your children in our gallery samples or for promotional purposes without your permission; and when we do so, we will never use actual names or any other identifying information in our sample designs.

submitting professional photographs
We are happy to include professional photographs in your custom design, provided you have received a release for said use from your photographer. Legally, we cannot use any professional photograph without the expressed written consent of the photographer. By submitting your order you are asserting that you are the legal owner of the images and/or have obtained the proper release for any copyrighted photographs. Furthermore, with your order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Hope Design and its owner from any and all claims and expenses associated with any copyright dispute associated with the use of images you provide to Fresh Hope Design for use in your design.



returns and exchanges
We will work with you throughout the design process to create a unique card that reflects your personal style and preferences, offering many opportunities to perfect your design so can be sure to be pleased with your custom creation. Once a paid order has been sent to print, no refunds or exchanges can be made. There are no refunds for design-only purchases.



shipping
All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. However, our international customers may select our design-only option.



terms of use
Our original designs are a representation of our time and passion poured into creating a custom design for our clients; we do so because we love it. Reproducing these designs in any manner outside of those outlined in our design-only package is prohibited.
