The higher quality your photo, the better your finished custom card will be. Send your very BEST digital photographs to photos@freshhopedesign.com. For optimum results, we recommend that all photos be in their original, unedited format.

  • Ideally your photos will be at least 1800 x 1200 pixels.
  • Please do NOT edit, crop, or resize your images.
  • Please keep your images in their original color.

Feel free to send scanned images. If you do, scan these at a minimum of 300 dpi (600 dpi is preferred).

Professional Photographs
We are happy to incorporate professional photographs into your design, but we must also abide by copyright laws for our protection, and yours. So please be sure to secure the proper copyright releases for the use of your professional photographs.

Photo Editing Goals
Photo enhancement is included in your order. Our primary goal is to bring out the very best in your photographs. Every once in a while a photographic element can bevery difficult to correct, despite all our best digital efforts. Images that are too over or under exposed or those with a substantial blur can interfere with our attempts at photo repair. Should your images be unsuitable for print or if it is not correctable, we will contact you to let you know.

Customizing
We can customize all aspects of any design including the photo layouts, photo styles, color schemes, fonts, and word choices. A design featured in our birth announcement gallery can be customized for your graduation event or your birthday event. Keep in mind if you prefer black and white, sepia tone, or full color when reviewing the designs. Several elements from different designs can be incorporated into one design.
