To
get started with an order follow these easy
steps:
1. Browse our galleries to see
samples of our designs, then select the
design(s) that most closely or exactly reflect
your personal
style and hopes for your own custom design.
2. Remember
that we can customize any and all aspects
of any design including
layouts,
photo style, colors, fonts
and wording.
3. Complete an order form to request
your design. Click on Place
an Order to get started.
Click on the order form you
need. (announcements, greetings,
invitiations)
4. Submit your images to photos@freshhopedesign.com
5. Your customized proof will
be available within 48-72 hours. When you get your proof,
look over it carefully and email photos@freshhopedesign.com
6. The next step is working together
to perfect your design. We
will make any
adjustments
you request until
you’re happy with the
result and excited to share
your design!
7. Once we receive your final
approval and payment has
been received,
your order will be finalized
and/or sent to print.
• If you have selected the
design-only option, you will
receive your
finalized design via email
within 24 hours of final
approval.
• All print work orders require
several business days for
processing and printing.
Then your order
will be shipped to you
via USPS Priority Mail. The typical
time
from payment to
the time your
custom design arrives at
your
doorstep is 7-10 business
days.
