We strive to offer stylish, one-of-a-kind, affordable products. And we pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to create a card, invite or announcement that they will be proud to share with loved ones. Fresh Hope Design focuses on providing the very best in customer service and in our products.

* If you have selected the design-only option, you will receive your finalized design via email within 24 hours of final approval.

* All print work orders require several business days for processing and printing. Then your order will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. The typical time from payment to the time your custom design arrives at your doorstep is 7-10 business days.

• what kind of photos can I send?
Your photos are the natural stars of your design. We want to accentuate the beauty of your photographs. Therefore we focus a lot of attention on your images—we love to make your photographs extraordinary! We will enhance your photos as part of the design process (correcting minor quality issues, removing distractions from the background, removing red-eye and blemishes, cropping, color enhancement, etc.). Still, the higher quality your photo, the better your finished custom card will be. So please send your very BEST digital photographs to photos@freshhopedesign.com. For the very best results, we recommend that all photos be in their original, unedited format. For specific details, go to how it works.

We are happy to incorporate professional photographs into your design, but we must also abide by copyright laws for our protection, and yours. So please be sure to secure the proper copyright releases for the use of your professional photographs.

• how long will it take to receive my order?
After we have received the final approval for your custom design, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing, printing and shipment. If you have selected the design-only option, you will receive your finalized design within 24 hours of final approval.



• what about photo quality?
We strive to bring out the very best in your photographs. Photo enhancement is included in your order. Some photographic elements are very difficult to correct, despite all our best digital efforts. Images that are too over or under exposed or those with substantial blur can interfere with our attempts at photo repair. Should your images be unsuitable for print or if it is not correctable, we will contact you to let you know.



• I really like a design but it's not for what I need; can a design be customized?
Absolutely! All of our designs can be altered to reflect your personal taste and your special occasion. We can customize all aspects of any design including the photo layouts, photo styles, color schemes, fonts, and word choices. If you see a design featured in our birth announcement gallery that you would like to see customized for your graduation event or your birthday event, we can make alterations to customize it to fit your needs. If you like several elements from different designs, we can incorporate them into one design to suit your preferences. Essentially, anything you want, we will make it happen.



• can I reorder more cards later?
Of course! We keep all designs on file and would be happy to re-process your order if you decide you want or need more cards.



• what methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card to process your order.



• can I change my design after the proof is made?
Yes! We hope to come up with a design you will be crazy about; so we will work together until you’re happy with the final result. You may request as many edits as is necessary to make that happen. We will not print or finalize your order until you give your approval of your design.


• can I just order a photo design?
Definitely! If you prefer to have your design printed yourself, you may select this affordable option. Be sure to indicate your preference for design-only services when placing your order.



• do I have a choice of papers for my cards?

You may choose to have your cards printed on professional grade Kodak Endura photo paper or press printed on high quality cardstock.
Several finishes are available for our photo paper: matte, glossy, or metallic.
Cardstock paper offerings include: standard gloss, linen, watercolor, and pearl (which has a metallic like sheen).
You maynotice some slight variations in color in the printed product compared to what you see on your computer screen. We make every effort to give the most accurate representations of our designs in our galleries, yet due to the wide range of computer monitors, color displays and settings, some slight natural variations in color are normal.



• where do your design names come from?
The flora/botanical themed names for my designs were inspired not only by my love of the beauty of nature, but also by my grandmother who was probably the most hope-FULL person I was ever blessed to know. She was also an avid green thumb and cared for the most beautiful gardens. I can’t look upon the beauty of a flower or feel the majesty of a tree without thinking of her and everything she represented. And so…botanical names. Design names that symbolize Fresh Hope.
